Returns
If you wish to return your goods you may do so within 7 working days from delivery.
All Non-Faulty goods must be returned in pristine condition i.e. Goods must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment.
A Return Merchandise Number (RMA) must be obtained from customer services (info@undetected.co.uk) prior to return
If you discover your purchase to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email (info@undetected.co.uk) with the nature of the problem, we will endeavour to find a solution to the problem without the need for returns however if the problem persists we will issue an Return Merchandise Number (RMA).
Items found not to be faulty will be sent back to the customer or incur a 25% restocking fee. This is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
You must return the complete package, including accessories to us. Any items that are missing, when the product is returned to us will also be charged for - However this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer.
Faulty after 28 days of purchase - If you discover that your purchase has become faulty after 28 days of purchase, but within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most items carry 12 months' warranty unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval. This warranty or guarantee is in addition to your consumer rights.
NOTE: Dolphin Promotions Ltd will not be liable for any loss from products sent to manufacturers or ourselves that fail to be delivered or are delivered damaged. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges either for sending or returning goods.
We reserves the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full and invoice You for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred.
