- Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 working days.
- When possible we will endeavour to have your purchase with you within 48 hours.
- If your item is not available for immediate despatch and we are unable to deliver within 5 working days we will try and contact you informing you of the delay.
- Delays in postal services due to postal strikes or public holidays
are completely out of our control, if your parcel experiences
such delays, undetected.co.uk apologises in advance on behalf
of the mail service.
- All goods stocked and supplied by undetected.co.uk include
a full guarantee from the original manufacture. This guarantee may differ in length of time
and cover, please see individual descriptions for more information or contact us at info@undetected.co.uk
- Undetected.co.uk does not supply goods on a trial basis, un-authorised
returns will be re-despatched to the customer. If you wish to
make a return for any reason, please contact our customer services
department for an authorisation code(see below).
- All goods are available within the the United Kingdom only. If you have an international enquiry please contact us at info@undetected.co.uk. We will not deliver outside the EU.
- Undetected.co.uk sells products intended for the use within
the United Kingdom, please be clear that these products are completely
legal within the UK but have actually been outlawed in some countries.
We will not be held responsible for goods seized in transit to
countries where these products are illegal.
- We use a secure server to process all purchases; your details
will not be passed on to any other companies.
- Full credit card names, billing addresses and card security
details are checked to tackle fraud, any person found attempting
the use of a fraudulent credit card number will be prosecuted
to the full extent of the law.
- Although every effort is made to maintain undetect.co.uk to
the highest standards, we have the right to alter, amend, or adjust
any part of this site and its pricing policies without notice.

Returns
If you wish to return your goods you may do so within 7 working days from delivery.
All Non-Faulty goods must be returned in pristine condition i.e. Goods must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment.
A Return Merchandise Number (RMA) must be obtained from customer services (info@undetected.co.uk) prior to return
If you discover your purchase to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email (info@undetected.co.uk) with the nature of the problem, we will endeavour to find a solution to the problem without the need for returns however if the problem persists we will issue an Return Merchandise Number (RMA).
Items found not to be faulty will be sent back to the customer or incur a 25% restocking fee. This is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
You must return the complete package, including accessories to us. Any items that are missing, when the product is returned to us will also be charged for - However this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer.
Faulty after 28 days of purchase - If you discover that your purchase has become faulty after 28 days of purchase, but within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most items carry 12 months' warranty unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval. This warranty or guarantee is in addition to your consumer rights.
NOTE: Dolphin Promotions Ltd will not be liable for any loss from products sent to manufacturers or ourselves that fail to be delivered or are delivered damaged. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges either for sending or returning goods.
We reserves the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full and invoice You for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred.
